We follow every stage of the renovation, from planning to management and control of the works, ensuring effective site coordination through construction management. We take care of the complete execution of the works, which include building works, installation of doors and windows, plumbing and electrical systems, lighting, movable partitions, flooring, painting and supply of furniture, both standard and custom-made, as well as fittings, accessories and curtains. Thanks to integrated and attentive management, we transform every space into a functional, cosy environment that is perfectly in line with the customer's needs.
Construction
Painting
We study together all the spaces of a room, to enhance the lights and characteristics of the context in which we are located, so from a commercial premises, to an office, to a company or an entire building. In addition to painting, we carry out finishing services such as smoothing and decorating.
Flooring
We can supply and lay stoneware and stone flooring, carry out parquet laminating and painting, and sand and polish marble. In addition to new work, we can also replace any damaged tiles.
Dismantlings
The importance of collaboration between designer and design coordinator becomes essential in the case of dismantling. Before taking action, a thorough analysis of the building to be demolished must be carried out, including the collection of waste materials, their separation and possible recycling in the component industry.
False ceilings
The suspended ceiling is a valuable tool for solving acoustic, lighting, aesthetic and safety problems in all operating environments. Made of different materials (metal, mineral fibre, wood, etc.) it allows the passage of installations and horizontal connections of all kinds.
